One way of increasing our supplies of rare Earth minerals is to extract and recycle them from discarded electronics. Lots of the electronics have rare and valuable minerals in them, but also lots of them, when not functional anymore, are just thrown away and this minerals with them. Instead, they should be all gathered in special places were these minerals will be extracted from them and after that recycled.
