Hello!

A car wash is $7
A gallon of gas is $3.79

You can subtract 7 from the total since they only got 1 car wash

41.11 - 7 = 34.11

Now you divide this by the price of gas a gallon

34.11 / 3.79 = 9

The answer is 9 gallons

Hope this helps!
