Faim the first equation we get:
[tex]x^2y^3=10^7[/tex]
We have [tex]x=10y[/tex] then 
[tex](10y)^2y^3=10^7\\y^5=10^5\\y=10[/tex]
Then [tex]x=10y=100[/tex]
